Hello Gopal Publishing,
I am reaching out because I believe that the audience of Gopal Publishing will benefit from hearing first-hand about the inaugural Anderson University football game that is happening this Saturday at 1 p.m. on the Spero Financial Field at Melvin and Dollie Younts Stadium.
The currently sold-out inaugural Anderson University football game is set to take place on Saturday at 1 p.m. with standing room only. The stands will be filled with over 6,000 black and gold cheering fans, as they watch the Trojans take on their first ever football game against the St. Andrews Knights.
This is a historical moment for Anderson University and for Anderson County, as a whole. This is the first time that the city of Anderson has ever had a competing collegiate football team. As Trojan athletics gets set to prepare for this colossal change, the Upstate of South Carolina has been holding their breath in anticipation for this upcoming Saturday.
I have had experience in the field of writing as a student freelance writer for several years now, I will be able to provide in the covering of this new story, insights on:
The culture of the new Anderson University Trojan football fan base, including that of students and locals.
The Trojan gameday set up, including interviews with the Anderson University Student Activities team. This team consists of those that are in charge of monitoring tailgating and the Trojan gameday aesthetic. Their main goals are encouraging community engagement, fostering connections, and creating fun at Anderson University. Interviews with them will provide insight of what goes on behind the scenes to prepare and set up for Trojan football gameday.
Outcomes of the game, including scores and key plays. The outcomes of this game will go down in Anderson University history, as well as Anderson County history. It is highly important to record and document the outcomes and key plays of this game to share with the public.
Interviews with the football players and coaching staff, including the Anderson University Trojan football head Coach Bobby Lamb and the esteemed Anderson University Athletic Director, Bert Epting. They will be able to provide insight on the players backgrounds and personal lives, members of the other coaching staff, and share their personal experience on the building of the Trojan football program.
This will make for an intriguing story that will draw a great deal of attraction to Gopal Publishing, as no event like this has ever happened in the entirety of Anderson County history. Please, let me know if Gopal Publishing would be interested in using my story. Many other local news organizations will be desiring a story like this, but I enjoy the work of Gopal Publishing and would be honored to personally cover this story for your organization.
